Classic American Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice brown bread
  • 1kg very very small piece of Angus beef
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Splash of vegetable oil
  • Toasted sesame-seed burger buns

Direction:

Step 1

Make crumbs of brown bread in a blender

Step 2

Mix smashed beed, crushed garlic claves, chopped fresh,  tomato paste, Dijon mustard,  egg, black pepper, Tabasco sauce, breadcrumbs  in a large mixing bowl by with your hands so it . Make into patties.

Step 3

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the patties for 2–3 minutes on each side until cooked.

Step 4

Serve on toasted sesame-seed buns on top fresh lettuce leaves , slice of cheese and sliced tomato or onion.

Triple Cheese Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

  • 4 thin Sliced Onion
  • 4 thin Sliced Tomato
  • 4 thin Sliced Cucumber
  • 250gm Chicken cut in thin pieces.
  • 2 cup corn powder
  • 1 egg
  •  salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • Hamburger bun

Direction:

Step 1    

In a bowl, mix the Chicken,Corn powder,salt, Egg and olive oil. Ready patties.

Step 2    

Heat a large nonstick griddle or 2 nonstick skillets over moderate heat. Butter the cut sides of the hamburger buns and toast them on the griddle until golden, 4 to 5 minutes. After that transfer to a platter.

Step 3    

Season the patties with salt and pepper. Brush the griddle with the olive oil, add the patties and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip the patties and cook for 2-3 minutes longer, then top each one with a slice of cheese. Cook just until the cheese is melted.

Step 4    

Stack 2 burgers on each bun. Top with the lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion. Use Mayonnaise or tomato sauce and serve.

Cheeseburger Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds freshly ground chuck
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 6 large burger buns, preferably homemade, toasted if desired

To garnish:

  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise
  • fresh lettuce leaves
  • sliced red onion
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced pickles

Direction:

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix ground beef/Chicken(which you prefer), onion powder, salt and pepper until just combined. Do not over mix, or your dough will be tough. 

Step 2

Divide into six portions and form patties, without pressing too hard. They should be uniform in thickness.

Step 3

your grill should preheat, grill pan or cast-iron skillet to high heat and add burger patties. If using a grill, cover with the lid.

Step 4

Cook until the crust that forms on the bottom of the burger releases it from the pan or grate — about 2 to 3 minutes. Gently test, but don’t flip it until it gets to this point. When burgers lift up easily, flip, add two slices of cheese to each, now close the lid if using a grill, and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes for medium to medium rare. 

Step 5

Remove burgers and transfer to a plate. Allow to rest for several minutes, then add to buns.

Step 6

Double Cheeseburger, Los Angeles Style

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 brioche hamburger buns, split
  • 2 pounds ground chuck, shaped into eight 1/4-inch-thick patties
  •  salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 butter lettuce leaves
  • 4 shiso or sesame (perilla) leaves
  • 4 thin slices of tomato
  • 4 thin slice of red onion

To garnish:

  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

Direction:

Step 1    

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sesame seeds.

Step 2

Turkey Burger

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup plus 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 8 cups warm water
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 ounces English cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest plus 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons), divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless turkey pieces (such as breasts, thighs, and drumsticks), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped yellow onion
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 6  tomato slices
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 hamburger, split
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons bottled barbecue sauce

Direction:

Step 1    

Mix together 8 cups warm water, 2/3 cup salt, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a large bowl until salt and sugar dissolve. Add turkey and chicken. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Step 2    

While meat chills, finely chopped onion, garlic, and jalapeno . Heat oil in a medium skillet and add onion mixture and a pinch of salt; until softened for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in parsley, oregano, and rosemary; cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Remove from heat and transfer sofrito to a small bowl.  Uncovered and chill  20 minutes.

Step 3    

Stir together mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon salt, lemon zest, and remaining 2 tablespoons lemon juice until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 4    

Preheat grill to high (450°F to 500°F). Working in 4 batches, place brined meat in a food processor; pulse until mixture forms a coarse paste, about 7 (2-second) pulses. Transfer to a medium bowl. Add sofrito; mix with hands until thoroughly combined. Shape into 6 tightly packed 7-ounce patties. Grill, uncovered, flipping often, until a thermometer registers 155°F, 10 to 13 minutes. Top each patty with about 1/4 cup cheese. Grill, covered, until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.

Step 5    

Season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Spread each bun with 1 teaspoon aioli and 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce. Top each bottom bun half with 1 patty, 1/4 cup lettuce, and 1 tomato slice. Cover burgers with top bun halves.

Cheese&Belly Chicken Burgers mix with Guacamole and Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup  finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 burger buns, split and toasted
  • 4 leaves butter lettuce
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chipotle salsa
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup  finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped jalapeño Chile
  • 1 cup Gaby’s Famous Guacamole
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Direction:

Step 1    

Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium heat.

Step 2    

Put the ground chicken in a medium bowl. Add the onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, paprika, and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients into the chicken.

Step 3    

Make the mixture into four 1/2-inch (10-mm) thick patties. Grill the burgers for 5 to 8 minutes each side until cooked .

Step 4    

Insert each patty in a burger bun topped with sour cream, lettuce, sliced red onion, chipotle salsa and guacamole.

Step 5

Now serve hot and ready to eat.

Butter Burger

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 pounds ground chuck(80% lean)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter 
  • Cabbage leaves

Direction:

  1.  Crumble the ground beef into a bowl by using hand.
  2. Add Mince the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and salt and to the beef.
  3. Mix all ingredients just until combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  4. Make 4 burgers of equal size.
  5. Put one tbsp of butter into the center of each burger and then wrap the beef around the butter
  6. Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the grill is hot, cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side until you achieve your desire. 
  7. Put the burger  inside the Bun and buttom of burger with cabbage leaves
